Mr. Lovelace served as General Counsel and a member of the Board of Directors for Conway National Bank for 22 years. He also acted as General Counsel for Peoples Federal Savings & Loan Association (now known as First Federal Savings & Loan) for 15 years and served as counsel to Anderson Brothers Bank, Bank of America and its predecessor entities, Deutsche Credit and numerous other in State and out of State lenders in connection with both their extensions of credit, regulatory concerns and debt collection.
