The Company and trust laws in the British Virgin Islands, Panama, and other offshore jurisdictions have adopted statutory protection against claims of onshore creditors and spouses to which, situation specific, may veil individual/corporate assets from attack, levy, or attachment. Although, Mr. Lovelace has no Bar Admission outside of South Carolina, he has existing relationships with offshore Counsel in order to facilitate client needs for asset protection, trust planning, and tax planning.
